At Eunoia, we aim to process and deliver all orders as efficiently as possible while maintaining the quality of our products.

Processing & Shipping Time

Orders are typically shipped within 2–5 business days, depending on the product and production requirements. Shipping timelines may vary based on item availability, order volume, or unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery Timeframe

Once shipped, delivery is expected within the stated 2–5 business days timeframe. While delays are rare, they may occur due to factors beyond our control, including courier issues, weather conditions, or logistical disruptions.

Delayed Deliveries

If an order is not delivered within the stated 2–5 day shipping period, Eunoia will refund the delivery fee in full and personally cover the shipping cost if provided valid reasons. This applies strictly to shipping charges only and does not affect the product purchase, which remains non-refundable.

Shipping Responsibility

Eunoia is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer. Once an order has been handed over to the courier, delivery responsibility is shared with the shipping provider.

Tracking & Delivery

Tracking details will be provided where available. Customers may be contacted by the courier upon arrival, including requests for estate codes or delivery confirmation.
