These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Eunoia’s products and services. By purchasing from or engaging with Eunoia, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

General

Eunoia reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

Products & Orders

All products are subject to availability. Eunoia reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or supply issues. Product descriptions and images are provided as accurately as possible; however, slight variations may occur due to production processes or display settings.

Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in the applicable currency and are subject to change without notice. Full payment must be made before an order is processed or shipped. Eunoia is not responsible for additional charges imposed by banks, payment providers, or customs authorities.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines provided are estimates and not guaranteed. Eunoia is not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been handed over to the courier.

Customers are responsible for remaining reasonably available to receive delivery or respond to shipping-related communications. If Eunoia or the designated courier is unable to successfully contact the customer or complete delivery after making reasonable attempts over a period of 14 days or more, the order may be deemed abandoned. In such cases, the customer will be required to place and pay for a new order should they still wish to receive the item. Eunoia shall not be responsible for replacing or refunding abandoned orders.

Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Eunoia does not offer refunds. Returns are accepted only in cases of verified manufacturing defects and are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Intellectual Property

All content associated with Eunoia, including designs, logos, images, text, and branding materials, is the exclusive property of Eunoia and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

Eunoia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our liability, where permitted by law, is limited to the value of the purchased product.

User Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information. Eunoia is not responsible for failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved under the appropriate legal jurisdiction.
